Free Unlimited Banner for Dragonsaye Auctions store owners must meet eligibility requirements

In order not to institute listing fees and allow the site to pay for itself, I have compiled an advertising campaign on Miner Matters Gazette. Each store owner who meets the eligibility of their store will receive the free banner rotation.
Eligibility Requirements are:
- Keep a minimum of 25% of the store capacity with active auctions. If a store will hold a maximum of 100 items, then you must maintain a minimum of 25 items as Buy Outs or Auctions; Dutch Auctions only count as one item.
- Store Fees must be paid on time.
- Your paid banner ads on Dragonsaye Auctions must be paid on time.
We will operate this on an honor system; however should it be reported as abused or discovered by our staff, the offender will be reminded once, after which they will have their free banner removed until the requirements are met.
